Virginia Beach post of the American Legion, Post 110, known as the Staff Sgt Robert C. Melberg Post. Part of the Second District of the Department of Virginia. Partners with Vetshouse Inc., a 501(c)(3) that provides housing, food, clothing, and counseling to homeless veterans in Hampton Roads. Reported 303 members to the Department in June 2026. Members are wartime veterans who support fellow veterans and their families, run youth and Americanism programs, and take part in community service.

How to join
Membership is open to veterans who served on active duty during a recognised war era and were honourably discharged, and to those still serving. Details are on the post website.
